By using attriedge.com or engaging Attri Edge services, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, automate, or systematically extract content without prior written permission
- Reverse-engineer any tooling on the site
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others when using forms or contact tools
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications
Engagement of services
- Diagnostic ($999): A one-time engagement covering a 90-minute call and an Evidence Index Blueprint delivered within 48 business hours. Payment is upfront via Stripe. Refundable only if we mutually agree we are not a fit before the call occurs
- Retainer engagements: Governed by a separate Service Agreement signed with each client. The Service Agreement controls in case of conflict with these site terms
- Scope: We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or licensed auditor. Our services are advisory and operational. Audit certifications must be obtained from licensed audit firms
Payments
- Diagnostic: pre-paid via Stripe
- Retainers: monthly via Stripe subscription, billed on the 1st
- Cancellation: month-to-month with no termination fee; cancel by 28th of any month to skip the next month’s billing
- Annual prepay: available with a 10% discount
Intellectual property
- Content on attriedge.com (articles, templates, copy) is © Attri Edge and licensed under copyright. You may quote and link with attribution
- Templates and frameworks delivered during engagements are licensed to the client for internal use; resale or sublicensing requires permission
- Client confidential information remains client property
Confidentiality
We treat all client and prospect information as confidential, whether or not an NDA is signed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Attri Edge is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Total liability for any engagement is capped at fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We do not warrant audit outcomes; final audit decisions rest with the licensed audit firm
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Attri Edge for claims arising from your provision of inaccurate information or misuse of deliverables.
Termination
We reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements if:
- The work falls outside our wedge or expertise
- Communication suggests bad faith or unlawful purpose
- Payment is not made on agreed terms
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India for engagements involving the operator’s entity. For US clients, the engagement-specific Service Agreement specifies governing law (typically Delaware).
Disputes
Disputes are first addressed via good-faith negotiation, then mediation in Bangalore, India (or as specified in the engagement-specific Service Agreement).
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the site.
