The operator

Hemant Attri runs Attri Edge as a single-operator practice. Every diagnostic, every retainer, every engagement is delivered by him directly — no junior associates, no offshore delivery handed off to anyone else.

This is intentional. The work requires judgment that compliance platforms can’t automate and that junior consultants can’t replicate: cross-cultural operational decisions, India statutory expertise, and US enterprise procurement instincts. Productizing the templates, yes. Productizing the person, no.

Why this niche

Most fractional CISOs are US-only and lose context the moment your engineering team is in Bangalore. Most India-based consultants serve Indian companies. Most large firms (Deloitte, KPMG, Big 4) don’t serve sub-Series-C SaaS at any price you’d pay.

The wedge — US-headquartered SaaS with India GCCs of 20–200 people — has real pain (deal stalls on security review) and no specialist serving it. So that’s what Attri Edge serves. Nothing else.

Why “India-based” is the feature, not a discount

Attri Edge is run from India. This is positioned explicitly:
